Precautions for concrete pouring machine construction

To ensure safe operation, the hydraulic concrete placing machine must strictly comply with the following regulations and requirements, otherwise it will cause personal or equipment accidents, and also strictly comply with the relevant safety regulations of the tower crane.

1. When the wind speed exceeds 13.8m/s (level 6 wind), it is prohibited to work on the workbench. When the wind speed exceeds 7.78m/s (level 4 wind), it is prohibited to climb the top and remove the cloth on the placing machine.

2. The hydraulic placing machine should keep a certain distance from high-voltage lines and electrical appliances.

3. The end pouring hose must be tied with a safety rope. It is strictly forbidden to use the end hose with a length of more than 3 meters for pouring. The hose must not be inserted into the poured concrete. The pouring must be carried out strictly within the working range of the pouring machine.

4. No one should stand under the arm when the hydraulic placing machine is operating.

5. The operator must obey the command of the commander and must not operate blindly to avoid accidents.

6. The pressure of the hydraulic system cannot exceed 28Mpa.

Article 7 When the oil pipeline and oil pipeline are under pressure, it is strictly forbidden to open the pipeline joint.

8. It is strictly forbidden to remove the end hose and connect the boom to another hard conveying pipeline.

9. Before each shift, the operator should check the metal structural parts, whether there is open welding at each welding part, and whether the connection between the base beam and the building wall is firm.

10. Strictly follow the lubrication requirements to do a good job of lubrication. After all links are ready, it can be put into use after no-load trial operation.

11. During the rotation process, it is strictly forbidden to make reverse movement when the whole machine has not stopped. The swivel joint pipe clamp cannot be fixed too tightly to ensure the flexibility of rotation. Clean it once per shift and lubricate it once in the swivel joint pipe clamp.

12. After the material is placed, the concrete lumps remaining in the concrete pipeline of the hydraulic concrete placing machine should be cleaned to prevent blockage and bursting of the pipe, affecting normal use.

During repair or maintenance, the ground power supply should be cut off, and live repair and maintenance shall not be carried out.

At the end of the operation, the boom must be folded, the safety hook must be hung, the boom must be placed horizontally, and the ground power supply must be disconnected.
